BJ is a 9-10 year old mini Dachshund. BJ weighs about 11 pounds. BJ came into rescue with his Min Pin brother, Fred. BJ is great with other dogs and gets along great with the cats. BJ has aged quite well, he looks like a young guy, but has the energy level of a older guy. BJ LOVES to sunbathe on the doggie bed outside. He will send hours lounging in the sun, catching some rays. BJ is a typical doxie and likes to snuggle under the covers. He enjoys hanging with his people on the couch, watching a movie. BJ does like to talk, so he is probably not suited for an apartment or condo. He enjoys letting people know he is around.

BJ's adoption fee: $200 or $250 as a pair with his brother Fred

We do not have a kennel or facility to visit, all dogs are kept in foster homes until their forever homes are found.
Adoption Process: Once an approved application is on file, we will then set up a home visit. At that time we will bring the dog to the home in which you will all be sharing. We ask the entire family to be there that day. If we all agree on the placement, then the dog will stay with you that day.
